"I believe I reveal much more by photographing a person's back, and even more so their hands, those organs that say so much - but without the person to whom they belong controlling them, and especially without them knowing precisely what they express. In short, I prefer to photograph expressions by which I don't feel manipulated (as I can feel manipulated by facial expressions)." (Frank Horvat)
