Vinyl 'Chants des prisonniers sibériens aujourd'hui' by Dina Vierny
Vinyl of the album, "Songs of The Siberian Prisoners" - Dina Vierny
This rare album by Dina Vierny is a unique collection from one of the few 'Westerners' who had direct contact with the first common-law prisoners returning from Siberia during the period of openness under Khrushchev.
In Moscow, Dina Vierny heard these songs filled with a terrible pent-up rage. She memorized them to let the world know - it would have been difficult to smuggle any recordings through customs.
